| I have had many years of computer experience. If I am unable to help you, I will try my best to direct you to someone who should be able help you. I have helped lots of people with their computer problems, and I have rarely been unable to solve their problems. For example, one time a software department of a company called me for help because they were having problems with their own program. Many people agree that I am a big help when it comes to resolving computer problems.
